Safety
It is our mission to provide a healthy and safe
environment for all employees. Our safety program is continually
modified to comply with and exceed current local, state and
federal standards that apply to our work activities. The
application of good work practices and continued research to
perform all actions in a safe and more efficient manner is an
integral part of the safety program. Two
fundamental principles have contributed to our safety success:
1) Our belief that all accidents are preventable, and
2)
Our
commitment that if a work task cannot be performed safely, we
will not attempt the task.
Tyger Excavating’s comprehensive
Health & Safety Program is comprised of an Accident
Prevention Program, a Hazard Communication Program, a Substance
Abuse Policy, and Site-Specific Health & Safety Plans
designed to address the specific needs of individual projects.
